I strive to be transparent about my fees. I will never surprise a client with a bill for Attorney’s Fees of several thousand dollars without his/her knowledge.

I have outlined the fees that I charge for the following services. Please note that these are base, starting fees. Added complexity in any of the listed services/documents will result in increased Attorney’s Fees. Prices are subject to change.

BASIC WILL (SINGLE): $600

BASIC WILL (COUPLE): $900

REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST (not counting Pour-Over Wills): $2400

HEALTHCARE POWER OF ATTORNEY, w/ ADV Healthcare Directive: $300 ($400 for Couples)

Financial Power of Attorney: $300 ($400 for Couples)

Naming a Guardian for Child (Outside of Will): $600

Married Bundle: $1400

Married Bundle includes Basic Wills and Healthcare & Financial POAs. Save $300.
