I strive to be transparent about my fees. I will never surprise a client with a bill for Attorney’s Fees of several thousand dollars without his/her knowledge.

I have outlined the fees that I charge for the following services. Please note that these are base fees. Added complexity in any of the listed services/documents will result in increased Attorney’s Fees. Prices are subject to change.

BASIC WILL (SINGLE): $250

BASIC WILL (COUPLE): $400

REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST: $1200

HEALTHCARE POWER OF ATTORNEY, w/ ADV Healthcare Directive: $200 ($300 for Couples)

Financial Power of Attorney: $200 ($300 for Couples)

Naming a Guardian for Child (Outside of Will): $200

Married Bundle: $800

Married Bundle includes Basic Wills and Healthcare & Financial POAs. Save $200.
